Draugr氏によると、本来無効のエリアも最終安置になる問題が発生しており、

開発者にも確認したところ、「本問題を認識している」と言われたとのことです。

Zones can now finish in Invalid areas?? Since the most recent update, zones seem to be able to end anywhere.

I've spoken to a Dev @ Respawn and have been told they're aware of the issue.
